How to Measure
Wear an unpadded bra and use a soft tape measure. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and level all the way around.
Step 1 - Band Size
Wrap the tape around your chest under your arms, just above the bust. Round to the nearest whole number to get your band size — so a 39 becomes a 40 band.
Step 2 - Bust Size
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level. Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement.
Step 3 - Cup Size
The difference in inches between the two measurements is your cup size. See the next section for the full list.
Recalculate every 6 to 12 months. Weight changes, hormones, pregnancy and aging all affect bra size, so a size that fit last year may not fit today.

Sizes above K cup are not part of the standard size range — sizes offered run from B to K cup. Fit is personal, so treat the chart as a starting point and adjust from there.

Sister Sizes
Sister sizes alternate the band and the cup while keeping the same cup volume, so a 36DD also fits a 38D (one band up, one cup down) and a 34F (one band down, one cup up).
